REQUIREMENTS:

Strong work ethic and proven reliability
Eye for cleaning details and ability to organize tasks efficiently
Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, team members and leadership
Safe and cost-effective use of cleaning products to achieve desired result
Comfortable and discreet in customer homes
Prior experience as a housekeeper, custodian, janitor, and enjoy a dynamic, team environment
Valid Driver License with clean driving record
Must pass a background check
Must be able to understand and communicate in English
